The theme of our benefit this year was STARS Presents GLEE held at the Riviera Country Club on November 10, 2011. As usual, it was a "sell out" event. Our President, Susan Holt congratulated Sherry Lewis and Mary Hiestand, our benefit Chairs. Everyone was delighted by the singing of the Award Winning Glee Club from Walter Reed Middle School. Our guests enjoyed shopping at the Silent Auction, the boutique and from our vendors knowing that one hundred percent (100%) of the money raised will go to support medical research.As usual our generous members helped underwrite the event.

Once again, our talented Benefit Chairs, Mary Hiestand and Sherry Lewis, put on a most successful and innovative event. Special thanks to the members' husbands who volunteered to man the calculators and credit card machines. They made checking out a breeze.
